SHERBORN (CBS) — A Sherborn man was killed in his front yard Wednesday evening after being struck by a car driven by a man police say was under the influence.

The 40-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene on Goulding Street East in Sherborn. The driver, a 37-year-old Mansfield man, was transported to an area hospital. He was arrested and is expected to face multiple charges.
Police said the driver also struck another car.
