CHICAGO (CBS)– A man was fatally struck by a car while riding a bike in the North Lawndale neighborhood Monday morning.
According to police, the 72-year-old man was riding his bike in the 1500 block of South Centra Park Avene, around 2:20 a.m., when a white sedan struck hi.
The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police are talking to a person of interest after a vehicle with front-end damage was stopped by police.
