CHICAGO (CBS) — One of Chicago’s major food festivals is off the table for this year.
Chicago Gourmet canceled its event this year because of the coronavirus pandemic. It’s usually held in Millennium Park each September.
Organizers are planning smaller events and even virtual cooking demonstrations so fans can safely get a taste of their favorite chefs and beverage experts, and they’ll try to hold a more traditional event in September 2021.
