CHICAGO (CBS) — The Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates is adapting to stay afloat during the COVID-19 pandemic by turning its parking lot into a drive-in movie theater.
A 70-foot screen is set up, and general admission is $30 a car.
Snack are available and showtime is 9 p.m.
Monday night’s movie is “Beetlejuice.” Next weekend the drive-in theater will show “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” and “Independence Day.”
