LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) is pleased to announce that several of its experienced broker professionals were recognized in the 2020 REAL Trends “The Thousand.” The annual report is a summary of the top 1,000 independent real estate agents and teams in the United States.
The REAL Trends “The Thousand” comprises four categories: the top 250 agents by transaction sides, top 250 agents by sales volume, top 250 teams by transaction sides and top 250 teams by sales volume. LIV SIR was well represented among the nation’s top-producing individual brokers and broker teams with Anne Dresser Kocur, The Stockton Group, and The Behr Team all ranking in the esteemed list of real estate professionals.
Anne Dresser Kocur, based out of LIV SIR’s Denver Tech Center office, was ranked the 72 of the list of top brokers by volume. Dresser was also ranked as the No. 1 individual broker for LIV SIR in the Denver Metro Area in 2019 and achieved over $110 million in sales during last year. She has over a 95% client repeat/referral rate, and has won accolades that include being named Top Individual Producer by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.

The Stockton Group, a team of LIV SIR brokers servicing the resort communities with a focus on the Vail Valley, was ranked 25 in the Small Team category by volume. The team, which is led by Tye Stockton, who was named the No.1 broker in the Vail Valley for 2018 and 2019, includes real estate advisors Tom Dunn and Patrick Barrett, and is supported by skilled marketing and operation professionals, Bari Wiens and Brooke Maline. The team, which was ranked the No.1 real estate team in the Vail Valley for 2018 and 2019, has closed nearly $1.3 billion in career sales, including the $23 million sale of 107 Rockledge Drive, the most significant sale of a home in the Vail Valley.

The Behr Team, another top producing broker team based in the Denver Metro area, consisting of Josh Behr, Linda Behr, Jake Mackensen, and Nicole Scholle, was ranked 26 in the Small Team category by volume. Consistently ranked as the number one team in Denver, and recently ranked in the top 50 in the nation, The Behr Team has successfully brokered more than $1.5 billion in residential real estate transactions since 2000.

In total, Sotheby’s International Realty claimed 52 of the top 250 sales associates in the REAL Trends individual sales volume category, more than any other real estate company, accounting for 20% of the category and marking a record for the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
